For safety and security and to ensure you have the best possible user experience, we may require Users to verify their accounts and might ask for your phone number and, in some instances, we might also ask that you carry out photo verification
We aim to ensure the integrity of our platform by verifying that users are legitimate and preventing the creation of fraudulent SmokeWithMe App accounts, which can lead to malicious activities that undermine our network. This verification process is an important measure to combat fraud effectively.
Users also have the option to voluntarily verify their profile photos to obtain a blue "verified" badge. If this option is selected, we will scan the submitted photos using facial recognition technology to ensure they align with the profile information provided.

If you choose to purchase any of our premium services, we will securely process your payment information and retain it to prevent fraud and for audit and tax purposes.
The SmokeWithMe App utilizes automated systems to mitigate the risk of fraudulent payment transactions as part of its anti-fraud measures. Our systems monitor payment transactions for behaviors that may indicate violations of our Terms and Conditions of Use. Should a transaction fulfill specific criteria that suggest a likely breach of these Terms and is deemed to be potentially fraudulent, it may be automatically blocked.
In instances where a transaction is blocked, the user will receive a notification indicating that the transaction cannot be processed. Users affected by this decision can contact the SmokeWithMe App to contest the action taken. Please note that if your account is blocked for any reason, any account(s) that you have on any other SmokeWithMe App platforms/ applications may also be blocked as part of our anti-spam and anti-fraud procedures.
If you have granted the SmokeWithMe App permission to access your location through your device's settings, we will collect information regarding nearby WiFi access points as well as your location data, including longitude and latitude, when you utilize your mobile phone. We may retain your device's coordinates to facilitate specific features within the application. This information assists us in determining your physical location, thereby enabling us to personalize your experience within the app. Additionally, it allows us to present general locality information to users who view your profile and to showcase profiles of other users in close proximity.
